Hi, I’m Franzeska, the baker, mom, and one-woman dough-slinging show behind Pinehurst Sourdough in Rockport, Maine. I started baking because I wanted food I could actually trust: real bread with ingredients I could count on one hand. That turned into a mission to offer other families the same peace of mind. My sourdough loaves are made with just flour, water, and salt. And when I make English muffins or cinnamon rolls, I keep them just as clean and honest. No preservatives, no weird junk.
